For those who know us there is no
need to explain who Morag & Julie and Christina & Heather are.
We have been intimate friends and
have all swung together for many years now. We have often talked about the
possibility of all living together and 2012 will be the year we finally make
this happen; we will sell our three main properties and look for a larger one
that is central to all of us.
Christina is our main benefactor in
this and she will in fact be top dog and overall in charge in the new house.
She already owns several properties. She will sell two of them plus her home
(which is fully paid for). We envision we will be able to cover at least 50% of
the value of the new home. We are hoping for a detached house with no immediate
neighbours (this is due to BDSM screams).

We have a
property. It’s a steading in the Fife countryside Nr Kirkcaldy.
To the rear
of the building we have a large hexagonal Victorian conservatory style sun-lounge (55 sq meters) it
has two electric Velux skylights on the ceiling with floor to ceiling double glazed
windows all round and wide French doors leading out to the garden. In the garden
we have a short patio then a very spacious garden. The sun-lounge and garden looks out
over farmland which seems to be arable, so very quiet: the only problem we have
is, to the left of the sun-lounge, where there is a quiet country lane, so we
will put up a 2 meter high lap-fence along that side. This will allow us to
enjoy the garden nude and more importantly it will screen the sun-lounge from
the lane as will we often be naked and sexually involved in there. The sun-lounge
will be our playroom. My sauna will go in the garden. I'm half Finnish and the sauna has always been important to me. Christina has been kind to me and offered to buy a dip pool (4mtr by 1.25mtr deep) for outside the sauna. The pool will be filled by mains water summer ave temp 13 Deg C; winter 4-8 Deg C. Not exactly an ice pool but never mind!
The property
has a large sunny dining room (25 sq meters) we will use this as our sitting
room it will be fitted with a large screen TV and Blu-Ray player.
The kitchen
is large (30 sq meters) so it will be split into kitchen and a dinning room.
A utility
room (9 sq meters) this will become our laundry room, the femmes will look
after the laundry and we expect at least two washing machines to be put in
there for us.
We have 5
bedrooms: Master (40 sq meters) {for Christina & Heather}, two main doubles
(35 sq meters) {for Sam & I, plus Morag & Julie}, guest double (9 sq
meters) and a single (6 sq meters)
The master
and the two main doubles have en-suites with double shower cubicles, double-basin vanity unit, toilet and bidet. There will also be
a standard hand shower attachment for in between the legs fun. (Intimate
bathing comes very high on our kicking LBD to touch list). Christina is going to have the en-suites open-planned by taking the interconnecting wall and door away. Christina is fitting ceiling mirrors tiles in all
the bedrooms, including the guests; I could really do without them because it’s
us femmes who are going to have to get up there to polish them. Sam and I have
a wrought iron four-poster bed.
The three main bedrooms will be wired together by a live audio system: Christina wants to do this so there will be no secrets between friends and lovers. This is essentially bugging. I objected but got outvoted. We will be able to hear what going on in the other bedrooms and they will be able to hear what Sam and I are up to. Christina has assured us that it will be live only and won't have a recording function. According To Christina the microphones will be high gain ceiling arrays positioned over the centre of the rooms. Christina insists it not bugging as no one is privately listening to. Everyone hears through the speakers. She says its about not having secrets, being totally open with one-another and it will further guard against LBD (if one couple makes-love it may put the other two couples in the mood).
As the Mixer/Pa system will be in her bedroom we will not be able to turn it off.
It has been
decided that the bedrooms will be the individual couple’s private space and any
polyamorous fun is only to occur downstairs in the playroom. Which doesn't really make a lot of sense due to the bugging.
Bathroom: It’s huge in there 12 meters by 4. A new suite will be going in: a rainshower and a 2000mm by 1400mm spa bath. For two people; you sit side by side in this delight; makelove easily (mutual fingering will probably work best). The entire
bathroom will have mirrored walls. (Like I said ‘intimate bathing comes very
high on our kicking LBD to touch list’)
Us femmes which is myself, Heather and Julie will be expected to give up our jobs to look after the house. We will essentially become housewives, for this we will each receive an allowance from the two tops who are not our partner.
